**Housekeeping Attendant (Part-Time)** **Location**: Holiday Inn Kyoto Gojo **Job Summary** **Guestroom Operations & Control** ・Manage and control housekeeping operations using internal systems ・Conduct inspections of VIP rooms and rooms with special requests ・Respond promptly and courteously to housekeeping-related requests and inquiries from guests and other departments ・Handle irregular situations, complaints, lost or damaged items, and lost & found **Guest Experience & Special Requests** ・Arrange special requests such as baby cots and extra beds ・Maintain a high level of confidentiality, efficiency, and luxury service standards ・Collaborate with other departments to deliver experiences that exceed guest expectations **Inventory & Asset Control** ・Manage inventory of linen, amenities, and loan items ・Monitor usage, report discrepancies, and support cost control **Reporting & Communication** ・Prepare instructions for guestroom arrangements ・Accurately record guest feedback and operational issues, and communicate them to the cleaning vendor ・Coordinate smoothly with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments **Experience & Qualifications** ・Hospitality industry experience is an advantage, but not essential ・Strong communication and interpersonal skills ・Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment ・Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems ・Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays ・Japanese language proficiency required; English communication skills preferred
