The CSG Data & Insights Analyst functions as a flexible resource covering the entire CSG. Rather than being fixed to a specific team, you will work with Business Partners to support the achievement of important goals such as promoting Salesforce usage, expanding product consumption, and minimizing churn risk.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or strategic planning roles. Deep understanding of the business model and processes of the assigned business group (Customer Success / SaaS, etc.). Practical skills in data extraction, aggregation, and analysis using readable SQL. Fluent Japanese (native level) and sufficient English proficiency for business execution.
Advanced analytical experience in statistical modeling and machine learning (Python / R, etc.). Practical experience in data engineering (ETL / pipeline design) for 2+ years.
