Join our bold and extraordinary team at Micron Memory Japan as a Non-volatile Memory Designer! In this remarkable role, you will be at the heart of developing modern NAND Flash memory technologies. You will develop and optimize interface circuits, data transfer circuits, memory arrays, page buffer and string drivers, analog circuits, and logic controllers. In-depth familiarity with NAND Flash operation and different NAND Flash products. At least 5 years' experience in the memory industry with an MS degree or equivalent experience, or 10+ years with a BS degree (or equivalent). A history of being a proactive and diligent phenomenal teammate who thrives in collaborative environments. Ability to work well across build and verification teams to support technical alignment and execution.
