Job Responsibilities You will quickly place orders to overseas affiliate factories and distribution centers, ensuring accurate orders and managing the entire process from shipment to receipt. You will always manage the latest delivery schedules and proactively provide information to internal and external customers. You will collaborate with the customer service teams at overseas affiliate factories and distribution centers to facilitate prompt shipments and product allocations, and negotiate or escalate issues quickly as needed. You will manage and improve performance to address issues such as incomplete import documentation, damage reduction of incoming goods, and prompt acquisition of credit invoices from overseas suppliers, factories, and shipping sites.
