As a Solution Engineer in the Microsoft Innovation Hub, you will merge business and technical requirements to craft comprehensive solutions, working seamlessly with various stakeholders. You will conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs and provide strategic recommendations and best practices tailored to their specific needs. Implementing robust AI transformation solutions and optimizing the integration of various technologies and services will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will leverage consultancy skills to foster collaboration among technical resources and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective teamwork. This role is Microsoft onsite only. - 10+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience - OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years of experience - OR equivalent experience
- Enterprise Architect Experience: Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, designing and implementing large-scale, complex solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. Ability to integrate various technologies and platforms to create cohesive and scalable architectures. - Consultative Selling: Proven experience in a consultancy role, providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations to customers. Ability to navigate complex technical landscapes and deliver tailored solutions that meet specific customer needs. - Strategic & Structured Facilitator: Validated customer experience in requirements capture; prioritization; capturing evidence and impact to quantify business value; issue, risk and constraint identification with a focus on strategic goals and outcomes. - AI Solution Design Experience: Expertise in designing architectures, building, and deploying AI solutions. Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, networking, adjacent technologies, architecture designs, migrations, and industry standards. Understanding of AI related Azure services. - Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines - Design Thinking: Proven experience of delivering design thinking; ‘ideation’; or similar context analysis / problem framing.
