This position is accountable for delivering the FM services at two sites. - Tokyo office (Area: approx. 3,000㎡, Employees: approx. 350ppl): On-site - Osaka office (Area: approx. 520㎡, Employees: approx. 20 ppl): Remote **Responsibilities:** - Client Management - Establish / strengthen credible relationships with key clients. - Interact on a regular basis with key clients to sustain healthy relationships. - Contract Management - Ensure that all Global/Local contracts are implemented with excellence at site and performance is managed. - Site Operations Management - Deliver services as defined in the contract with best practice procedures. This includes the management of Hard & Soft Service such as Reception & Helpdesk / Mail Service / Meeting Room & Equipment / Indoor Plant / Key Management / Cleaning & Pest Control / Office Supply / Landlord Coordination and Liaison / Preventive Maintenance / Life & Safety system / Asset Management / Space Planning / Small Project Management / Energy & Utilities. - Health and Safety Management - Ensure that the operation at site meets all legal and client required health & safety regulations. - Finance Management - Ensure that the site meets all financial targets and control requirements such as budgeting & forecasting.
