This role is part of the Executive Office, which reports directly to the CEO, and is responsible for both enhancing management decision-making and strengthening the company-wide management foundation. Centered on operating and improving management committees, you will work closely with the CEO and global leadership team to lead the planning and execution of important initiatives with a significant impact across the company. The areas of focus are not fixed and will change in response to the management agenda. Examples include enhancing management decision-making processes and committee operations; establishing corporate governance and risk management frameworks; improving business processes across the company and promoting digital transformation (including the use of AI); and program-managing global projects. These initiatives span the entire company and are directly linked to its growth and competitiveness. You will be expected to contribute end to end, from defining challenges through execution and embedding outcomes. Key responsibilities include designing, operating, and improving the Board of Directors, management meetings, and other governance bodies; shaping the management agenda and optimizing decision-making processes; and organizing issues, conducting analyses, and preparing materials to support executive decision-making. You will also design and improve governance and risk management frameworks; review organizational structures and authority frameworks; design and operate a group-wide management framework covering domestic and international subsidiaries; and visualize and standardize business processes while promoting digital transformation. In addition, you will drive projects directly under the CEO, manage stakeholders across departments, oversee project progress and risks, support decision-making, resolve challenges during execution, and ensure that results are embedded in the organization.
