Four SeasonsProvide a variety of spa treatments in accordance with the spa menu and service standards. Deliver personalized spa experiences based on each guest’s needs and preferences. Introduce spa facilities, hotel services, home-care products, and relevant services to guests. Maintain treatment rooms and work areas to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Follow the hotel’s hygiene, health, and safety standards. Work closely with team members and other departments to provide exceptional guest service. Participate in required training sessions and team meetings. The role is 40 working hours per week, with 10 days off every month except February, when there are 9 days off. Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization for Japan and be fluent in English and Japanese business communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent. - A passion for delivering personalized and high-quality guest experiences. - Strong teamwork and communication skills. - Flexibility to work according to operational needs and shift schedules. - Ability to communicate in English. - Legal work authorization for Japan. - Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
- Spa, wellness, or holistic therapy qualifications. - Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a related role.
