The Marketing and Communications Senior Specialist, Japan is a pivotal role dedicated to building and enhancing our success in Japan. This position requires a generalist in marketing management, with a strong focus on building Arup’s brand and reputation, industry engagement, stakeholder relationships, and client-centric strategies aligned to Arup’s strategy and business priorities. The role involves leading a small team to drive brand awareness, client marketing, and support work winning efforts with aligned marketing and communications and industry engagement activities.
Undergraduate or further degree in marketing, communications or commerce and/or postgraduate professional qualification in marketing.
Significant, proven experience in a senior marketing, communications, and/or business development role within a services, B2B or B2G industry with complex procurement and long sales cycles.
