ByteDanceThe Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is TikTok's commercial engine, responsible for driving revenue by enabling the success of our global Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategic Partnerships functions. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. - Undergraduate or master's students interested in HR / people operations within the tech industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in both English and Japanese is required. - Proficiency in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables) with strong data sensitivity and attention to detail; comfortable handling confidential HR and headcount data with discretion. - Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and follow-through on operational tasks. - Familiarity with design / presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint) for preparing decks and recognition materials. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with some ambiguity. - Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship, and to work on-site in line with the company's return-to-office (RTO) policy.
