Using the Tailor Platform, we deeply engage with customers' operational challenges, consistently handling everything from identifying issues and designing solutions to implementation and delivery from the pre-sales stage. We directly confront customers' management challenges, not only building backends on the Tailor Platform but also engaging in frontend development, business consulting, IT strategy, and PMO support. About This Internship As an FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer), you will establish methods for ultra-fast product development and deliver products to major corporations, or as a Platform Engineer, you will create the execution infrastructure for AI Agents, establish coding agent development methods, and design and implement the core of the Tailor Platform. In these two roles, we do not expect engineers to simply implement requirements. You will be treated as a "professional member" on par with employees. You will understand problems from the same perspective as employees and develop products as a means of hypothesis testing. To achieve this, we expect you to learn advanced domain knowledge, plan and conduct hypothesis testing, and return that learning to the company and product.
