In this position, you will be involved in various web services, including "CAPCOM ID," which is used by customers around the world, as well as campaign initiatives related to game titles and the production and development direction of other sites/systems. Currently, we are recruiting a Web Director to strengthen our organization and develop the next generation of talent due to the increase in the number of projects handled by this department. This position offers the opportunity to become a core member of future team operations. Initially, you will work in a small team under the review of a senior director, and based on your suitability, you will gradually expand your areas of responsibility. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks: directing the production/development of websites, creating proposal materials for internal departments, creating wireframes, managing the quality of deliverables, measuring and improving effectiveness after site publication, organizing and coordinating requirements with internal departments, negotiating and managing progress with external production/development companies, and organizing and promoting solutions to issues during project progress. In this position, you will gain experience collaborating with stakeholders at the forefront of projects while being involved in various web services developed by Capcom. - More than 1 year of experience in web production direction - Experience in negotiation/coordination with stakeholders both inside and outside the company - Experience in project progress in collaboration with coders/designers/engineers
- Practical experience with web analytics tools such as GA4/Google Tag Manager - Experience in the production and operation of CMS-built sites such as WordPress - Experience in direction/development/operation of e-commerce and membership sites - Experience in creating proposal/planning materials - Experience in creating wireframes (tools used are not specified) - Basic knowledge of various design tools such as Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma - Experience in web production/development projects for medium to large-scale projects (regardless of role) - Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript
