We not only build backends on the Tailor Platform but also engage in frontend development, business consulting, IT strategy, and PMO support, directly addressing customers' management challenges. Experience in taking responsibility as an engineer and promoting E2E delivery in product development (approximately 5 years of practical experience or equivalent). Experience in leading technical decision-making for solutions/architecture. Ability to explain the basis of those decisions to both customers and internally (customer negotiation experience is not required at this time). Experience in determining the direction of solutions and advancing projects in uncertain situations. Technical communication skills in Japanese (native level). Must be able to work in the office in principle.

Achievements in abstracting solutions from individual projects into reusable forms and returning them to platforms or common assets. Experience in development using GraphQL.
