This role involves promoting eAxle products for Japanese OEMs and managing customer interface operations. You will collaborate and coordinate with internal teams (development, manufacturing, purchasing, quality) and overseas locations. The management of specifications, schedules, and costs will be based on customer requirements (QCD). You will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and responding to customer meetings. As the electric vehicle program expands among Japanese OEMs, there will be a need to strengthen the organizational structure. You will enhance project management capabilities to support the simultaneous launch of multiple variants. You will be involved from the early stages of mass production programs for next-generation electrification products, with experience in proposing strategies that delve into customer product and procurement strategies through design standardization. You will have the influence of being a hub connecting Japanese OEMs with global development locations, participating in highly regarded electrification projects within the Bosch Group, and enhancing your presence both internally and externally. You will improve your skills in QCD, risk management, and stakeholder management. You will lead adjustments and decision-making based on facts and logic, standing between customers and internal teams. You will visualize complex product configurations and supply chains to build trust, extract issues early, and promote solutions while involving stakeholders. You will work with teams in Japan (project, sales, technical) and overseas locations (Europe, India, North America, China) including development, manufacturing, and purchasing teams.
