Marketing Managers are responsible for Marketing Communications, Brand Management, Public Relations in order to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans. Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual Marketing expense budget to ensure alignment with Key Metrics and overall business objectives. Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the management team to align marketing strategies with hotel goals and brand standards. Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand visibility. Performance Reporting: Oversee monthly performance reports, analyzing Key Metrics and crafting Action Plans to drive continuous improvement. Brand Integrity: Ensure all marketing activities uphold the brand promise and resonate with our unique identity. Negotiation & Partnerships: Negotiate with third-party partners to secure optimal deals while maintaining quality and achieving desired outcomes. Innovation & Efficiency: Recommend and implement systems and tools that enhance team efficiency.
