The role works across marketing, loyalty, brand, technology, analytics, regional and global teams, agencies and hotel stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences, and contributes to direct-channel performance, customer engagement and revenue growth through effective omni-channel execution and continuous optimization. The role includes translating approved market, campaign and loyalty program priorities into actionable omni-channel plans; defining channel roles within customer journeys; maintaining integrated calendars, execution plans and launch-readiness documentation; and personally managing content and platform setup. It manages day-to-day operation and activation of LINE Official Account and LINE MiniApp, IHG Japan-owned social channels with a primary focus on Instagram, and Japan-specific content and customer journeys on IHG.com.
