The People & Culture (P&C) Division of Shiseido Group, Global Total Rewards (Total Rewards team) serves as a Center of Expertise (CoE) for rewards, with a mission to formulate optimal compensation strategies, govern regional business operations, and design compensation systems that motivate and engage employees. Currently, optimizing compensation governance across the globe and restructuring compensation levels and systems to attract and retain top talent in the competitive global market are critical challenges. We are seeking a Total Rewards Manager who can lead the development of the Global Total Rewards Philosophy, establish the direction for benefits, and manage budget control based on guidelines while leading the team on a global scale.
- More than 5 years of practical experience and knowledge in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits - Business-level English proficiency (ability to communicate smoothly and directly with overseas regions and HQ members) - Experience participating in discussions on business strategy formulation and discussions with the management team; high-level perspective - Ability to build trust with stakeholders in various regions and promote consensus through negotiation skills
- Practical experience and expertise in benefits systems - Expertise and practical experience in HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
