With the expansion of our business, we will strengthen the sourcing system that is essential to our recruitment team. Initially, you will lead the process from identifying target candidates to the first approach (sending scouts) and setting up interviews. - More than 2 years of experience in HR/recruitment, corporate sales, career advising, customer success, or external negotiation experience such as call centers - Proven track record of designing processes to achieve quantitative goals continuously - Ability to take action and achieve goals by running the PDCA cycle even in uncertain situations - Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other IT tools)
