This position is responsible for promoting the AI utilization and digital infrastructure strategy across the Shiseido Group, achieving overall business efficiency and productivity improvement. It involves planning and executing AI/digital initiatives focused on enhancing employee work efficiency and corporate functions. The role includes driving the transformation into an AI-native company, formulating and executing a company-wide AI utilization strategy, leading AI CoE activities, managing and operating AI utilization, establishing governance systems, achieving company-wide productivity improvement KPIs, planning and implementing AI/digital infrastructure, developing internal AI agents using Gemini Enterprise, implementing advanced AI using Vertex AI, building and introducing Azure AI environments, integrating existing internal systems with connectors for cross-functional utilization, promoting business reform using ServiceNow/RPA, advancing the digitalization of corporate functions, improving business processes from a BPR perspective, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing fixed costs, managing vendors and overseeing technology, promoting the use of Public Cloud/SaaS, collaborating with vendors to assess the validity of system construction efforts and development scale, and making decisions based on technical understanding.
