Supporting our customers' digital transformation is one of our top priorities. The Enterprise Commercial Organization is responsible for our most important accounts and develops large strategies. It is divided by industries such as automotive/transportation, finance, retail/distribution, telecommunications/media/gaming, and analyzes the industry from a broad perspective to propose how to optimally combine Microsoft's solutions to meet our customers' visions. ◆Overview of Strategic Account Management In this position, you will work closely with the Account Technology Lead for one of our most important accounts in the enterprise telecommunications industry. You will build trust with executives such as the CEO, CIO, and CTO of the customer, and coordinate with various internal organizations to address the customer's business challenges and support their transformation with new technologies. This role has the potential to bring significant change to society through the telecommunications industry.
〇Basic Requirements - 15+ years of relevant experience in business or business consulting, or account/cloud service sales - Experience in enterprise business at an IT-related company - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Leadership to orchestrate internal and external stakeholders
〇Preferred Skills - Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and ability to build relationships and propose to CxO-level stakeholders - Knowledge of market trends in cloud and application services - Experience in cloud and hybrid infrastructure, architecture design, and migration - A degree in IT-related fields is preferred
