As a trusted business/technical advisor through close communication with customers in the manufacturing industry, you will collaborate with sales, product specialists, professional services, and partners to propose Salesforce solutions. 1. Solution proposal activities targeting manufacturing customers Support in formulating solutions to business challenges and needs, and planning for future business transformation and systemization. Create and implement solution demos as concrete images of solutions to key challenges. Prepare proposals centered on solution design and implementation plans. 2. Creation of various sales materials Utilize the know-how gained from proposal activities to create solution maps for various industries, industry-specific demos, and proposal templates. 3. Support marketing activities by presenting and demonstrating at seminars and events.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution proposal, project management, or consulting in a consulting firm, system integrator, or software company. - Experience in solution proposals and project delivery for manufacturing industry customers. - Ability to create optimal proposals for customers by combining technical knowledge and industry understanding. - Skills in considering architecture to make proposed solutions feasible. - Excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms. - Logical analysis and problem-solving abilities. - Goal-oriented thinking. - Leadership and influence to promote cooperation among teams. - Fluent in Japanese and conversational level English. - Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information studies, or related engineering fields.
- Knowledge of Salesforce products (multiple product knowledge related to Manufacturing Cloud / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Commerce Cloud / Tableau / Slack / MuleSoft / Data Cloud, etc.) - Experience managing enterprise accounts. - Proven track record of delivering sales presentations to executives. - Successful experiences in roles such as pre-sales, marketing, project management, and consulting. - Experience/certification as an enterprise architect.
