In this role, you will build strong partnerships with key wholesalers and start working together on both the commercial and supply sides. On the commercial side, this includes introducing structured demand terms for the first time, such as improving reach and total distribution points (TDP), particularly among smaller customers. On the supply side, the role will establish robust supply terms in Japan. By effectively executing both demand and supply initiatives, the role aims to increase reach, improve distribution, and generate cost savings, ultimately supporting the future Go-to-Market strategy for Red Bull Japan.
5 to 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry with exposure to sales, marketing, or insights. Strong experience in key account management and customer engagement with senior stakeholders. Proven ability to negotiate and deliver commercial results. Strong analytical and commercial mindset with understanding of financials and market trends. Fluent Japanese and conversational level English. Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to win. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Energetic, resilient, and passionate.
