In our legal department, you will be responsible for legal-related tasks such as drafting contract documents and promoting compliance management and planning. You will investigate and analyze legal risks and plan and implement internal awareness activities, including e-learning and internal training, as well as create company-wide notifications. You will review contracts and manage them post-signing, including various transaction contracts related to game development, secondary use contracts (merchandising, video adaptation, e-sports, etc.), and create privacy policies and end-user license agreements.
