ByteDanceBytePlus is ByteDance’s enterprise technology business. We are hiring a Tokyo-based Marketing Intern to support field marketing execution for the Japan market. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will serve as the on-the-ground point person for our events and campaigns in Japan, helping ensure smooth delivery and strong local execution. - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Business Administration or a related discipline. - Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to spot issues others may overlook. - Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini in daily work.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in events, marketing, or operations. - Strong interest in AI, advertising, content, gaming, or creative industries. - A collaborative and service-oriented working style; this role involves supporting multiple stakeholders, and we highly value people who help make the team more effective.
- Direct exposure to enterprise go-to-market execution for AI creative products in the Japan market. - The opportunity to take ownership of real events involving senior industry attendees, rather than simply shadowing.
