The Group HR Division comprises departments responsible for various HR functions such as payroll, training, recruitment, and HRBP. - Extensive experience (at least 5 years is expected) in implementation and operation projects of Workday or global HR systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) within a consulting firm or an in-house IT organization. Specifically, experience in taking a leading role in the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and stabilization. - A deep understanding of technical content from a business perspective, the ability to clearly communicate it to management and other departmental stakeholders, and high communication and facilitation skills to lead strategic discussions. - Business-level English proficiency and fluent Japanese language skills. Language proficiency that enables smooth communication in a global environment is essential.
- Experience in project management or program management for large-scale projects. - Experience in people management or team leadership. Candidates who can contribute to the development of junior colleagues and the overall improvement of team performance. - Experience leading business process improvement proposals or transformations in the HR domain. - Workday certification holder.
