At Capcom, we are focusing on data democratization to accelerate data-driven decision-making and strategic planning, and you will be engaged in the role of a data analyst to support this initiative. Your responsibilities will include quantitative research using user behavior logs and access logs, as well as qualitative research utilizing surveys. - Experience in some form of analysis work, possessing the following skills and experience - Approximately 3 years of work experience is preferred - Logical thinking ability (problem discovery, problem-solving skills, hypothesis construction ability, etc.) - Ability to verbalize and conceptualize (ability to correctly understand and express analysis results) - Knowledge of databases and DWH - Ability to aggregate data using SQL - Experience in analysis aimed at improving game titles, products, or services - Strong interest and concern for entertainment and games
