The Finance Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of a comprehensive range of financial services and support as defined in the Management Contract. The role manages day-to-day financial and accounting operations, with particular focus on the client’s local and regional reporting requirements; achieves account KPI, financial, and other targets; monitors efficient use of resources and manages budgetary functions and accounts payable and receivable oversight; and acts as a strategic partner to the JLL Regional Finance Manager, onsite FM leads, JLL functional teams, and the Client Finance lead. Responsibilities include supporting business, operational, and financial decision-making, risk mitigation, and financial advice; producing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts; managing daily Opex and Capex expenditure; completing month-end closing and reporting; training onsite FM teams; monitoring financial KPIs; implementing and improving processes; and supporting cost-saving projects. The role also handles monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting and variance analyses, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, data accuracy and system controls, audit-ready accounting and reporting, and training finance staff on financial systems. It provides strategic leadership to the JLL Finance team, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring. Key performance measures include client satisfaction, communication, continuous improvement and savings initiatives, meeting account KPI targets, and compliance with legislative requirements and client contractual obligations. The role also covers client budget control and forecasting, actuals management and analysis, purchase orders and billing and accrual processing, contract administration, fixed asset management, communication and reporting to the client and region, audit and tax requests, arranging PCs and mobile phones for the IFM team, and people management.
- Minimum 3 years’ of Accounting experience - Degree qualifications in Accountancy or a similar field will be an advantage - Experience in a variety of accounting software - Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports - Has an eye for detail to ensure the best delivery of services - Goal-oriented, able to focus on meeting all performance targets - Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively - Analytical, proven ability to solve problems using an objective approach - Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines - 経理財務実務経験3年以上 - PCスキル(OUTLOOK, Excel, Pivot, 関数, Word, PPT) - 英語力 TOEIC700点以上目安(チャット、メール、電話、会議)
