As a Language Lead, you have a natural command of Hong Kong Traditional Chinese and will ensure that Rakuten Travel’s products are commercially ready, accurate, and appealing to the target audience. In this position, you will establish the guidelines for the zh-HK language and work together with the Localization Group to ensure timely delivery of localized content at the expected level of quality.
- Native speaker of Hong Kong Traditional Chinese - +3-5 years of experience translating/proofreading - +1-2 years of experience using CAT tools - Bachelor’s Degree
- JLPT N2 certification or higher - Strong computer skills - Strong interest in travel - 1-3 years of experience working in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce - 1-3 years of experience writing localized copy
