The Sales Manager for Salesforce Data360 is responsible for driving revenue growth of the Data360 product in the Japanese market. This position involves managing and developing the corporate sales team, strategic customer development, and achieving organizational goals. Data360 is a core product of Salesforce's data management and AI platform, with high growth potential in the enterprise market. This position plays a crucial role in that growth.
Corporate sales experience: Extensive experience in enterprise sales in the SaaS, data management, or IT/software industry. Management experience: Experience as a leader or manager of a sales team (responsible for sales target metrics). Big Deal promotion ability: Proven track record of strategically promoting complex and high-value deals through to closing. High communication skills: Business-level communication skills in Japanese and English (necessary for collaboration with global teams). Numerical awareness: Ability to manage sales forecast accuracy, KPI, and metrics management. Knowledge of CRM/data areas: Knowledge and experience with Salesforce products or data management platforms is a plus.
Experience in sales or implementation related to data platforms such as Data Cloud and CDP. Sales experience in AI solutions or analytics products. Experience collaborating with major consulting firms or SI partners. High adaptability in fast-changing environments and leadership that inspires the team.
