- Experience in development and operation using Go and Google Cloud (Kubernetes, Spanner, Terraform, etc.) - Engineering experience in system areas where data integrity, accuracy, and legal compliance are strictly required, such as payment infrastructure, credit (credit assessment), accounting/settlement, identity verification (KYC), and AML/CFT - Experience leading the resolution of technical debt, re-architecture, or gradual migration/replacement of legacy systems - Experience improving the technical skills of other engineers and the entire team through developer leadership, management, design reviews, and mentoring, as well as improving development processes - Experience in launching new services or scaling systems during rapid growth phases of services - Experience in designing and operating large-scale data processing, batch processing, event-driven architecture, and experience with data infrastructure and data integration using BigQuery, Dataflow, etc. - Experience in system design and operation considering various security and non-functional requirements such as internal controls, audits, J-SOX, ISMS, and SOC2 - Experience in data analysis based on statistical methods
