However, simply implementing these services does not easily lead to achieving business transformation goals. In the Customer Success department, we support our customers' business transformation by leveraging our cloud services, acting as a driving force for AI transformation, and helping them realize value alongside their business and IT decision-makers. Overview of the Customer Success Account Manager The Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) is responsible for post-sales, understanding the customer's business and IT goals, building strong relationships with customers, planning and prioritizing support programs focused on achieving results and value, orchestrating support resources through close collaboration with account sales teams and other departments, and providing necessary services to resolve various technical blockers, thereby leading the customer's AI transformation to success. Job Responsibilities - Drive the planning and delivery of high-quality support services to maximize customer business outcomes and the value of Microsoft solutions, fulfilling obligations under support contracts. - Collaborate with customers and account teams to prioritize and plan engagement and support programs targeting cloud and on-premises workloads. - Define outcomes to improve the health, performance, and business capabilities of prioritized workloads, facilitating the realization of customer value. - Orchestrate engagement and support programs, and communicate with customer stakeholders. - Provide engineering feedback as needed to enhance our products and solutions through escalation management of significant technical issues. - The industries you will be responsible for include automotive, rail, manufacturing, finance, distribution, retail, real estate, infrastructure services, telecommunications, gaming, public sector, and healthcare, with each person typically managing 1 to 5 companies, depending on the size of the customer's support contract.
