Manage all Human Resources functions within the hotel and serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers. Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, talent development, and colleague engagement initiatives. Oversee attendance management, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR administration. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and IHG standards. Support and advise department heads on staffing, performance management, and employee relations matters. Partner with the General Manager to support workforce planning and achieve hotel business objectives. Promote a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives. - Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience. - Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. - Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and employment practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Business-level Japanese language skills.
- Human Resources experience within the hospitality or service industry. - Experience with payroll administration and social insurance procedures. - English communication skills. - Experience working with an international company or hotel brand.
