Support the daily operation of the Human Resources function and serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters. Coordinate onboarding activities, new hire documentation, orientations, and employee file management. Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding administration. Maintain attendance records and support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee data, leave records, and timesheets. Process personnel administration, including employment contracts, employee status changes, uniforms, and HR documentation. Assist with training coordination, compliance training tracking, and employee engagement activities. Ensure employee records and HR data are maintained accurately and confidentially. Support compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and IHG standards. Prepare HR reports, administrative documents, and employee communications as required. Provide administrative support to hotel leadership and assist with various HR projects and initiatives.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Human Resources, Administrative, or Office experience. - Experience in HR administration, payroll support, attendance management, or employee records management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. - Strong organization and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage confidential information professionally. - Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. - Business-level Japanese language skills.
- Experience within the hospitality or service industry. - Experience with payroll preparation, time and attendance systems, or social insurance administration. - English communication skills. - Experience working in an international company or hotel environment.
