Four SeasonsThe Core Agent & PBX Operator is responsible for serving as the central communication point between guests and hotel departments, ensuring all guest inquiries and requests are handled professionally, efficiently, and in accordance with Four Seasons service standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for guest calls, reservations, dining orders, emails, and service requests. Operate and manage the hotel switchboard and communication systems efficiently. Deliver exceptional guest service through professional and timely communication. Assist guests by providing accurate hotel information and resolving inquiries or concerns. Monitor and respond to emergency and safety situations following hotel procedures. Manage wake-up calls, guest messages, and facsimile requests. Support restaurant reservations and In-Room Dining order-taking when needed. Build strong guest relationships and proactively address service recovery opportunities. Identify upselling opportunities for rooms, dining, spa, and other hotel services. Collaborate effectively with hotel departments to ensure seamless operations. Maintain guest preference records and share relevant information with service teams. Adhere to Four Seasons policies, service standards, and confidentiality requirements. Utilize hotel systems such as Opera, HotSOS, and other operational platforms. Demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Support departmental objectives through teamwork, flexibility, and a guest-focused approach.
- Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization for Japan and be fluent in English and Japanese business communication.
