In this position, you will work alongside the Security Solution Area Specialist to deliver the technical value of Microsoft’s cloud services and security platforms to customers, facilitating their decision-making for implementation. Approximately 75% of your work will focus on customer engagement through technical proposals, demos, proofs of concept, and workshops, while the remaining 25% will be dedicated to updating your technical skills and industry knowledge. In the AI era, security is a prerequisite for leveraging AI. Microsoft is transforming alongside our customers into a "Frontier Firm" where humans and AI agents collaborate. In this role, you will lead customers' technical decision-making from both perspectives: transforming security operations with Microsoft Security Copilot and agentic AI (AI for Security), and establishing defenses for generative AI applications and agents (Security for AI). The areas you will handle include AI-driven security operations centered around Security Copilot, AI security posture management, XDR, SIEM, XSPM, zero trust, and multi-cloud security, covering all of Microsoft’s key security solutions. The primary goal of this role is to win customers' technical judgments and accelerate digital transformation in the AI era. You will work collaboratively and virtually with the Security Solution Area Specialist to accelerate technical execution of Microsoft's strategic business priorities – selling best-in-class cloud services and platforms to our managed customers and building digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft. Your primary goal is to win the technical decision of customers to purchase and use our range of security-focused solutions including AI-powered security operations (Microsoft Security Copilot), AI security posture management, extended detection and response (XDR), SIEM, extended security posture management (XSPM), zero trust, and multi-cloud security.
