As Japan's leading OTA, Rakuten Travel is continuously striving to enhance its services and content to provide the best travel experiences for travelers, not only in Japan but also across global markets. We renewed our multilingual accommodation booking platform in 2022, and the Content Management Office has played an important role in maintaining high-quality hotel content ever since. Specifically, Supply Content Group has taken the lead in optimizing hotel content migration from domestic to inbound, thereby showcasing our strong presence among Japan's hotel inventory. We will continue to expand our business into new markets and contribute to the growth of the travel business from a global perspective. To keep pace with the rapid growth in the travel industry, Supply Content Group has expanded its responsibilities to cover accommodations not only in Japan but also globally. By strategically managing all content across multiple platforms, we aim to provide travel experiences tailored to travelers’ needs. In the future, we envision providing compelling content that extends beyond accommodations, integrating every element of the travel journey. To achieve this, we are seeking a content curator who can enhance content quality from a global perspective and collaborate with us to build a platform that delivers value to both travelers and suppliers.
