MicrosoftWe are establishing the Agentic Business Application team within the AI Business Solutions Headquarters. This team aims to redefine the way business is conducted in the AI era and create new markets. It is a specialized team that tackles large-scale and strategic projects to realize business transformation for our customers. The position we are recruiting for is the Agentic AI Business Applications Consultant, which will play a central role in this team. In this role, you are expected to transform corporate competitiveness through 'business transformation x AI (Dynamics 365 / Copilot / Agent, etc.)'. Utilizing Microsoft's platform, you will be involved in redesigning business processes and decision-making, capturing strategy, business, and technology across the board, from defining transformation themes to executing them. Experience in strategic consulting or corporate transformation/business reform from conceptualization to execution (approximately 8 years of work experience). Deep domain knowledge and business understanding in one of the following industries: Manufacturing (automotive, electronics, machinery, chemicals, materials, etc.) Energy and infrastructure (electricity, gas, oil, renewable energy, etc.) Business understanding in manufacturing (supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, sales, etc.) Experience engaging with CxO and business leaders, and the ability to build trust (experience structuring management issues and translating them into transformation themes). Business sense including understanding of ROI design, business case construction, and deal promotion. Ability to organize complex issues and communicate them clearly to management (storytelling skills). Proactive in creating value even in uncertain environments (possessing a Growth Mindset and able to promote transformation positively).
MBA or equivalent graduate degree. Practical experience in a strategic consulting firm or experience providing consulting services to realize management strategy and corporate transformation, with experience leading business transformation projects for large enterprises (consistent experience from conceptualization to execution support for large enterprises is welcome). Understanding of AI/automation/data utilization (not just the technology itself, but how to leverage it for business transformation). Experience promoting large-scale business transformation (BPR, operating model reform, etc.). Business experience in the technology field (SaaS/cloud). Experience involved in revenue responsibility and deal creation.
