Job Details Work Location Bulgari Tokyo Ginza Bar & Café Department BVLGARI GinzaCafe Position Server Working Hours Shift-based, 8 working hours per day with a 60-minute break Days Off 8-10 days per month, 115 days annually Employment Type Full-time Contract Type Permanent or Contract Probation Period 3 months (No change in salary or benefits) Expected Salary JPY 210,000 - 350,000 per month, determined based on experience, qualifications, and current compensation. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service to guests in accordance with BVLGARI standards Take food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner Prepare and maintain dining areas to ensure an exceptional guest environment Process guest payments and handle cash register operations Support VIP guest experiences and special requests Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards Contribute to guest satisfaction and service excellence initiatives Complete opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.
- Passion for hospitality and guest service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Native-level Japanese proficiency or equivalent communication skills - Valid authorization to work in Japan
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment - Experience in luxury hospitality or luxury retail brands - English communication skills - Experience serving international guests - Interest in building a career in Food & Beverage operations - Previous experience with Marriott International brands
