We are looking for engineers who provide technical support for Salesforce Industry Cloud, specialized in industries. Industry Cloud provides Salesforce products tailored to the needs of customers in various industries, offering industry-specific user interfaces, logic, and data models as standard features for version upgrades. Industry Cloud support engineers provide technical support for challenges faced by customers regarding Industry Cloud-specific features optimized for industries, in addition to standard Salesforce functionalities. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Understanding of troubleshooting concepts - Ability to empathize with customers and strive to resolve their issues in any situation - Experience in one of the following (required): \* 3+ years of technical support experience with Salesforce or similar SaaS products \* 2+ years of technical support for developers or similar experience \* 3+ years of development experience with Salesforce products or similar products (requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, customization, integration, etc.)
- Experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing Industry Cloud products (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Loyalty Management, Consumer Goods Cloud) - Experience in developing and configuring OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScript, DataRaptor, etc.) - Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs (including Salesforce integration) - Development experience and product knowledge in Salesforce Flow, Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components) - Experience leading complex technical cases (problem-solving, escalation handling, root cause analysis, etc.) - Experience in providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members - Proficiency in English and Korean (reading and writing) - Salesforce certification qualifications: \* Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Developer \* Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant \* Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist \* Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator \* Salesforce Certified Advanced Platform Administrator \* Salesforce Certified Platform Application Builder \* Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant \* Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant \* Salesforce Certified Platform Developer \* Salesforce Certified Advanced Platform Developer
