3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, or Technology Solution Development, Support Engineering
Deep knowledge in specific clouds. Proven experience and strong consulting skills as a Trusted Advisor driving customer business value. Understanding of Salesforce products and platform capabilities, performance, and best practices is desirable. Ability to quickly understand and clearly articulate technical and business concepts. Must have at least one of the following experiences/knowledge: Deep knowledge of business processes (sales, service, marketing, support), business applications, and automation. Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, deep knowledge of agent platforms, and how to configure and deploy agents. Experience in enterprise-level software development lifecycle and project management (coding experience is useful but not required). Knowledge of integration methods for integration, flows, automation, and API connections. Deep understanding of middleware and infrastructure knowledge used in cloud computing (e.g., database, basic knowledge of networks). Fluent Japanese and basic reading/writing English skills. Advanced English, Korean, or Chinese skills (at a level to conduct business with relevant departments) are a plus.
