This position is responsible for providing excellent client services in FM (Facility Management) and PM (Project Management) consulting, as well as supporting the account team. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Sales team to organize business content and compile proposal materials, including costs and schedules, to present to clients. You will work with the Work Dynamics sales team to identify new business opportunities. Collaborating with on-site teams and other business units, you will contribute to expanding business within existing accounts. You will communicate effectively both internally and externally, building strong relationships with clients, the Work Dynamics sales team (FM and PM), and the local FM team. To achieve goals without risks or issues, you will cooperate with domestic and regional legal, financial, human resources, and other departments and teams. You will implement small-scale projects within Japan, plan and manage capital expenditures/budgets, and, as needed, oversee and follow up on large projects with third-party PM vendors. You will execute consulting projects related to FM, provide due diligence, and conduct various benchmarking studies. You will foster and maintain good relationships with all client representatives and service providers involved in projects. You will lead vendor partners on all assigned projects, identify and report risks related to projects and programs/schedules, and actively resolve them. You will build and maintain relationships with clients and key vendor partners, manage projects within target budgets, and consider cost reduction possibilities for all projects. You will timely report requests for cost and schedule changes to clients. You will provide client/team management as a temporary fill-in until a new manager is appointed, as well as permanent hard service support. To become a better organization, you will propose and implement various solutions, recommendations, and best practices to department management. You will actively consider new operational approaches (e.g., IoT and AI) to build future business models. You will support admin tasks within the team and department, and collaborate with the Sales team to create sales tools such as presentations.
- At least 5 years of experience in PM, and at least 3 years in FM, critical facilities management, and/or the construction industry
