Job Description
Lead a large-scale e-mobility power electronics project for Japanese OEM customers, with full accountability for quality, cost, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. Serve as the key interface between customers and global cross-functional teams across Japan, Germany, Austria, India, and Hungary, driving technical alignment and resolving complex engineering challenges. Lead with a high degree of autonomy to deliver innovation, profitability, execution excellence, and market-leading electrification solutions in the rapidly evolving e-mobility market.
Minimum Requirements
- Have more than 5 years of practical experience in the automotive industry, with experience in technical project management for complex product development and customer projects.
- Possess business-level communication skills in Japanese and English, and be able to perform smoothly in a global and multicultural environment.
