This position is in a business unit dedicated to bringing hair regeneration medicine to people experiencing hair loss, with the goal of realizing “Beauty Innovations for a Better World.” To provide cutting-edge hair regeneration medicine to patients safely, reliably, and at an appropriate price, you will help build a high-quality, stable manufacturing and supply system in collaboration with contract manufacturers. The team includes many mid-career hires with diverse backgrounds, working under the group manager. It is a highly motivated environment where team members challenge one another as they work toward making S-DSC treatment a primary option for hair loss treatment. You will be responsible for production operations (manufacturing, QC, and QA) and overall quality control for the specified processed cell product “S-DSC.” Your responsibilities will include improving production processes to increase productivity and reduce costs, developing culture-related tools and fixtures, developing methods to evaluate the efficacy of specified processed cell products, overseeing processes at contract manufacturers, providing information to medical institutions and other organizations, organizing documentation systems to support inspections and other requirements, and managing and maintaining the manufacturing environment. As part of contributing to innovative medicine, you will be at the forefront of important technology development and improvements across production processes to make the world’s first hair regeneration medicine an accessible treatment.
