What you get to do in this role: The Customer Outcomes Senior Platform Architect is a technical advisory role, responsible for helping customers realize the value of their ServiceNow investment. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and help them design and implement solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and best practices to customers and internal teams, as well as mentoring junior team members.
