Our department conducts consistent data analysis across many of our titles from development to post-release. During development, we visualize and analyze test play data collected to improve the quality of user experience after release, contributing to game balance adjustments and efficiency in quality management in collaboration with the title's development team. After release, we collect and analyze all information, whether internal or external data, to share issues, devise improvement measures, and measure the effects after implementation. This leads to the enhancement of user experience in the targeted titles and their sequels, ultimately contributing to the global sales expansion of our titles. The Data Strategist is responsible for how we collect and utilize information across all game titles, including AAA titles, and leads the formulation and execution of strategies. This role consistently leads data analysis tasks from defining analysis requirements, log design, log quality management, to actual analysis, visualization, and proposals, playing a crucial role in enhancing the value of our titles. The job responsibilities include leading the analysis environment construction project in collaboration with the game development team and other related departments, managing project progress, defining analysis requirements, designing data acquisition according to game titles, managing log quality, creating various outputs using data (reporting, dashboard creation), and planning and executing internal enlightenment and educational measures related to data analysis.
