This role plays a critical part in supporting the growth of the Professional Services division. As a business partner to the division leader, you will be required to drive a wide range of activities from providing strategic insights such as market analysis, organizational optimization, and operational improvements to practical operations of the division. Specifically, you will collaborate with the sales strategy division to develop mid- to long-term strategies and annual plans, create analysis and recommendation reports for executives, define, aggregate, and report KPIs, plan and manage business reviews and division-wide meetings, and prepare materials for operational improvements, taking responsibility for results from strategy to execution. This role requires not only advanced analysis and recommendations but also a proactive approach to improving on-site operations and preparing materials and data aggregation, with a strong sense of accountability for results. 5-7 years of experience in business operations or equivalent, particularly in service businesses such as consulting or SI. Experience collaborating closely with sales, finance, and HR departments is preferred. Ability to demonstrate presence to business division leaders, high communication skills both verbally and in writing, and presentation skills. Quantitative analysis skills through data collection, analysis, and visualization. Problem-solving abilities based on logical thinking, coordination and negotiation skills regarding collaboration with other departments and problem resolution. Ability to respond flexibly and appropriately to new demands and events. Understanding of various cultural differences globally and ability to collaborate with global teams to achieve results. Business-level English. Willingness to see tasks through to completion.
Knowledge and qualifications of Salesforce products. MBA or similar business-related education. Experience in SaaS or consulting.
