- Practical experience as an MLE (3 years or more) - Knowledge and experience in MLOps (building CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, etc.) - Knowledge and operational experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes - Experience in developing and operating ML systems using GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery, etc.) - Experience in application development using generative AI (GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) - Smooth communication skills - Logical thinking ability
