Sell Salesforce solutions to assigned ECS accounts by exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Manage the entire sales process, ensuring results against key performance indicators, expanding existing accounts, and developing new accounts. Identify and research territories, develop strategies by industry, and select qualified target accounts. Create a pipeline combining deep understanding of accounts collaborating with EBU and knowledge of the market/industry served. Manage the sales process utilizing appropriate resources such as sales engineers, professional services, co-prime, alliances, partners, and executives. While generating short-term results, maintain a long-term perspective and work towards overall revenue and pipeline creation. Daily updates of Salesforce systems with accurate customer and deal information. Manage activities required across various organizations and collaborate with departments by understanding internal processes. Support the growth of enterprise accounts and their subsidiaries through the closure of BCO (Below Cut Off) deals.
Proven track record of success in new business development and existing account management, with demonstrated achievement and motivation against targets. Experience in selling CRM applications or industry-specific sales experience is a plus.
