Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a strong plus. More than 5 years of experience in sales or business development accompanied by a demonstrated history of success. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, combined with the capability to function independently and perform well with little oversight. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions and partner organizations. Experience in sales support, either internally or through channel/partner ecosystems. Demonstrated success in building and managing long-term customer relationships, including engagement with executive-level collaborators. Strong English communication skills for email and conference calls, and proficiency in Japanese. Highly logical, strategic problem solver with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Specialized knowledge in HPC, large-scale or cluster computing, Kubernetes, ML/AI OPS, artificial intelligence, and deep learning. Experience in selling server OEM products or working closely with OEM partners on data center solution sales. Demonstrated success in leading business development initiatives and driving measurable outcomes through your own leadership and execution.
