JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager responsible for all office services including financial control, work order handling, badge/key administration, office supply & café item management, energy tracking, fleet management, and support for the Account Manager. Responsibilities include client/stakeholder engagement, procurement & vendor management, contracts management, finance management, office service management, and account manager support.
5 years experience in FM service or related field. Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Mind-set of diversity and inclusion. Native level in Japanese and basic English. Knowledge and skill for Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Self-motivated; confident & energetic. Strongly goal-oriented – focuses on meeting all performance targets. Team player – cooperates and works well with others to meet targets.
Two days off per week (Follows Japanese calendar). Overtime pay included. Fixed overtime pay (equivalent to 30 hours per month) is included in the base annual salary. Bonus based on performance.
